The most popular aspect in Yoga.

ASANA/S refers to "positions or postures” to  promote a good health.

Through the practice of asanas in long term it’s maintain range of motion of human body as ages.

Also a natural way for anti-aging.

Pranayams

Popular as breathing exercise. The word “Pranaya” came from two Sanskrit words: “Pran” mean bio-energy/life force; and  “Ayama” means to control.

Daily Pranayama affects nervous system which controls and governs essential functions of the body, such heart rate, respiration and blood pressure.
